How does it all work ?

• How do I get my photo's & video clips to you?
  We will send you a link to a shared folder on Google Drive. Just upload everything you want to send us
• What format will the finished film be in?
  It will be an MP4, in HD or 4K if requested . We can also export in most other formats if required
• How do I get the film to the Crematorium?
  Most crematoriums have the facility to play tribute video's. Simply send the film to your Funeral Director, or Crematorium
• What should the length be?
  Usually no more than 6 minutes but usually it's just the length of the song you have chosen for the occasion
• How many photo's & video clips should I send?
• That's a tough one. It's approx 40-50 photo's, but it can vary on the song length/type that you have chosen, and how we have to choregraph it all 
• Can I make changes after I see it?
  
• Yes. We send you a draft (low resolution) copy for you to assess. Then you can let us know the changes (if any) you would like to make. We will then finalise your wishes, and upon the completion of the final payment, we will place the finished master into your shared folder
• Can you put it on to a DVD?
• Yes. No problem at all
• How can I share it with my friends?
• We can upload your finished video to You Tube, (copyright allowing) but as a private link so no one else can see it unless you give them the link.  So enabling a very easy way to share to whoever you wish. We can also make it public if you want, to make it visible to anyone on You Tube
• Do you require a deposit?
• Yes. We require a deposit of 50% to begin the video & produce it to the (low resolution) stage
• Can I choose my own music?
• Yes. If you have the music, kindly provide it. You can also select from You Tube and give us the URL, so we can convert it for the (copyright allowing)
• Can I add captions my photo's and video clips?
• Yes. Let us know clearly what captions you would like over any selected clips, and we will add these during the production stage
• If I only have paper copies of my photos, can I send them to you to scan & digitise for my video?
• Yes. We need to charge £3.50 per print to do this because of the time it takes, but we are more than happy to do this for you
• How much do you charge for a finished video?
• Assuming you require a standard 4 to 6 min video of photo's  set to music, then the cost is £150 (allowing for 1 change at the low resolution stage) if you require the addition of video clips it is £200
• Why does it say 'Cloud 9 Musica' in the web address?
• That is the name of our whole business, ( music, teaching, choirs and videos)  and you are welcome to visit that website by going to www.cloud9musica.co.uk
